Free Boys Lacrosse Clinic

Are you thinking lacrosse might be a good fit for your elementary age son but you’re worried about signing them up for the spring with no prior experience?

We have an opportunity to try lacrosse for all new players that are currently enrolled in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th grade. The boys lacrosse program will be hosting a complementary clinic at ST. LUKE’S SPORTS & PERFORMANCE CENTER (702 Union Blvd, Allentown, PA 18109) on Saturday, January 13th from 8:30am to 9:30m.  We will provide all the equipment and fun, just wear sneakers and bring a water bottle. If your son has a lacrosse stick, they are more than welcome to use it.

There is no charge for the Instructional Clinic but you do have to sign up. Due to new safety protocols for our organization, there are only 30 spots available in the clinic. Please register by clicking on the link on the REGISTRATION page of the LMYA website (lmya.teamsnapsites.com/registration). Please share this information with your friends if they are not yet part of Lower Macungie Youth Association.

The clinic is a great way for your child to meet and work with some of our coaching staff and some of the older lacrosse members who have been in the program the past few years.  Registration for our regular season will be opening soon and we’d love for you to be able to join us for this complementary event on January 13th.

TWO VERY IMPORTANT ITEMS:

  1. This free clinic is only for boys. The boys and girls lacrosse games are extremely different and we will only be focusing on the instruction relevant to the boys game.
  2. This clinic is solely for residents of Lower Macungie Township or the surrounding municipalities of the East Penn School District. If you register your son and do not live in LMT or one of the other 4 municipalities associated with the East Penn School District, your son will be removed from the roster and you will not be able to attend.
